Ji Ho Choi cataloga artículos de masTaekwondo de "Cyber Attacks" a PATU

Once again, you have posted an accusative article on your web site regarding my inability to release PATU's confidential information as you desired.

You called me asking for an interview and for information regarding the upcoming PATU EXCO & Council Meeting. This meeting notice was announced to PATU EXCO & Council Members on May 04, 2012. You called me on the same day, demanding me to release the contents of the meeting.

The content of PATU’s EXCO & Council meeting is a private and strictly confidential until information is made public to its members.

I would like to remind you that:

MasTaekwondo.com is not a member of PATU, and therefore, PATU is not obligated to providing any confidential or non-confidential information per request.

MasTaekwondo.com is not an official channel of communication for PATU.

MasTaekwondo.com is not recognized as a legitimate media entity by PATU.

Based on the above, you have no right to demand information regarding executive businesses of PATU leadership and management. As the President of PATU, I will not permit, condone or tolerate any personal attack or violations which would jeopardize PATU's reputation.

You have repeatedly demonstrated hostile and offensive judgments listed below:

1. MasTaekwondo.com has posted many untruthful articles regarding PATU without verification, and more importantly, without PATU's consent.

2. MasTaekwondo.com has been posting articles that are disruptive and harmful to PATU's unity and integrity.

3. MasTaekwondo.com made an illegal voice recording of my conversation with one of your reporters public, without my permission to record.

4. MasTaekwondo.com has posted article to sabotage PATU's reputation with illegal voice recording.

It is obvious that MasTaekwondo.com has different motives other than posting truthful, journalistic reports about Taekwondo.

As your reporter says in the recording, if MasTaekwondo.com is a public entity, you must disclose the source of your information before 2 beginning your interviews.

MasTaekwondo.com must reveal the name of informant who gave confidential information of PATU leadership.  It must be somebody who is in PATU's council but against the entire PATU, who's character is manipulative, selfish, destructive and is in very close relationship with one of the reporters of MasTaekwondo.com.

MasTaekwondo.com implied in your article that I am trying to hold a secret meeting to hide something.  This is a serious accusation and defamation of character which damages my reputation as the President of PATU.  This seems a part of carefully planned and premeditated campaign to damage me prior to the upcoming election of PATU Executive Committee.  This type of continued, vicious personal attack on Internet is true sample of Cyber Terrorism against PATU and its President, JI Ho Choi.

As to date, I do not know who is the owner/CEO of MasTaekwondo.com and physical location of MasTaekwondo.com.  These information are not posted anywhere on your web site, yet you call yourself as a legitimate Internet news company.  You owe a lot of explanation to all Taekwondo people in the world.  As a member of WTF Council, I also demand to know who gave MasTaekwondo.com a permission to use WTF logo and WTF information on your site.

On behalf of PATU, I will seek legal assistance against a series of your illegal actions against PATU.  I will further request an official investigation to result a possible ban of MasTaekwondo.com among PATU and WTF members since any member of PATU and WTF leadership is a possible target of cyber attack from MasTaekwondo.com.

Your prompt response in this matter is in your best interest.
